Our Team

Our different paths in business and teaching, combined with shared lived experience, uniquely position us to lead human, present, and meaningful leadership conversations.

Steve Sell

Steve Sell is a leadership speaker, business leader, and founder of ReadyLeadership. He believes leadership begins with people and is revealed in the moments that test us most.

“Presence, clarity, trust, and calm are not created in crisis. They are built before the moment demands them.”

Steve’s work is built on the belief that the daily practice of dependable leadership habits shapes how we show up when it matters most.

With more than 35 years of experience in sales, customer success, and business leadership, Steve helps teams communicate clearly, align around what matters, and move through pressure with confidence and connection.

His work is grounded in real experience, not theory. Through keynotes, workshops, and executive conversations, Steve helps leaders show up with presence, humanity, and purpose when it counts most.

Stacy Sell

Stacy Sell is a leadership speaker, facilitator, and advocate who believes connection, compassion, and presence are at the heart of great leadership. She believes people move through change with greater strength when they feel seen, supported, and not alone.

“People do not need perfect words in hard moments. They need to know they are seen, supported, and not walking alone.”

Stacy’s work is shaped by the belief that resilience is not just about pushing through hardship. It is about creating the care, communication, and trust people need to keep taking the next step.

With more than 30 years of experience in special education, advocacy, and supporting people through challenge and growth, Stacy helps individuals and teams navigate change, communicate openly, and build resilience through life’s hardest moments.

Her work is grounded in real experience, not theory. Through workshops, conversations, and shared storytelling, Stacy helps leaders care for their people — and themselves — with presence, humanity, and purpose when it counts most.
